Life, to me, is not about what we own but about the memories we create. This belief drives me to continuously learn and grow, earning certifications from The CX Academy of Ireland, IBM, IDEO U, and more, all in pursuit of excellence. Each credential was a step towards proficiency, but more importantly, they were stepping stones on my path to making a profound difference.
My background in integrative psychotherapy allows me to see beyond the surface, understanding the nuances of human behavior and emotions. Founding Fler has allowed me to blend CX, psychology, and design to craft experiences that not only meet but exceed expectations.
