Privacy policy

In short: we only collect what you send us through the contact form, we use it to reply to you, and we never sell it or share it for marketing purposes.

Who we are

The data controller is FUTURE OF CX S.R.L. ("Fler Experience"), with its registered office in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. For any question about your data, you can write to us at diana@flerexperience.ro.

What data we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address, clinic or organisation, phone number (optional) and your message.
  • Technical data: our hosting server automatically records, in its logs, your IP address, the date and time of access and your browser type - for security and to keep the site running.

We don't use analytics tools, tracking pixels or advertising. Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to third parties when you load a page.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

  • to reply to you and discuss a possible collaboration - at your request, prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and based on the consent you give in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR);
  • to protect the site against abuse - legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Messages received through the form are kept in our mailbox for as long as needed for our correspondence and, if we don't start working together, for no more than 2 years. Server logs are kept in line with our hosting provider's settings.

Who we share it with

Your data is processed by our web and email hosting provider, within the European Union. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can write to us at diana@flerexperience.ro. If you're not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
